Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund. However, we guarantee our work, so if the error is on our end, you will either get your notary, redone.

We want you to be satisfied with our services. If you are not completely satisfied with our drafting services, we offer a refund policy as follows:

1. Revisions: You are entitled to three revisions of the drafted document before finalization. If, after the third revision, you are still not satisfied, you may request additional revisions or proceed with a refund.

2. Satisfactory Work: If you agree that the work is satisfactory and decide to use it, the agreement is considered complete. If, at any time, there is an error that was overlooked, we will revise the document free of charge.

3. Refund Request: If you are not satisfied with the final document after the three revisions and do not wish to proceed with the work, you may request a refund.

4. No Refunds After Service is Rendered: Once the service is rendered, there are no refunds. This includes cases where the work has been completed and delivered to you.

5. How to Request a Refund: To request a refund, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the final document. Provide us with the details of your request and the reason for your dissatisfaction.

6. Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your refund request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.

7. Exceptions: In exceptional circumstances, such as technical errors or misunderstandings, we may consider refund requests outside of the 30-day window. These requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
